Initial Assessment
Initial Assessments are necessary for all clients. Wether you are seeking individual or family therapy the initial assessment will allow me the opportunity to work with you to determine your needs. Initial assessments also help us determine if I am the right fir for you or your family. The initial assessment will will help us review your reason for seeking treatment and your history leading up to your current presentation. $150
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions are used to explore your goals, challenges, feelings, thoughts and behaviors. Individual sessions are offered for 30 mins/$100, 45 mins/ $120 and 60 mins/ $135
Family Therapy
Family Therapy is a great way to explore some of the challenges/concerns your family is experiencing. This can include co-parenting, marital conflict, sibling conflict, loss, separation or other issues that you would like to explore with your family present. $175
